Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click the add to basket button on any items that you wish to buy and this will add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment including switch, Mastercard, Visa, Solo, Visa Electron and American Express. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Your card will be charged when you place your order and you will receive an email from Worldpay, our payment provider, confirming your payment.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We do not advise that you send credit card information by email.
Shipping And Handling
We charge £4.49 for delivery on all orders regardless of weight or quantity ordered. This is a standard delivery service and will take approx 5 working days provided your items are in stock.
We also offer a next day service for £7.00, provided your item is in stock and you order it by 3.00pm you will receive it the following day.
Incorrect Postcodes
If you supply us with an incorrect postcode we cannot be held responsible for the delay on the delivery of your item. You will also inccur additional delivery charges if you supply us with an incorrect postcode.
IMPORTANT information regarding Delivery by Royal Mail and Couriers
We use both Royal Mail and our couriers Citylink to deliver your parcels. Please ensure there will be someone available to sign for your item at the delivery address.
You can suggest a safe alternative where we can leave your parcel. However if a parcel is left without a signiature it is no longer our responsibilty. Should your parcel be stolen we are unable to replace your goods.
. Should your parcel be over a certain weight we will send your item via our courier Citylink. This is a next day Monday-Friday delivery between the hours of 8.30am- 5.30pm and will require a signiature.
If you are not in Royal Mail will take your parcel to their local sorting office and hold it there for you, they will advise you by leaving a card.
Citylink will also take the parcel back to their depot and leave a card to advise you of this.
They will automatically try to re-deliver the next day, however after two attempts they will hold it at the depot for you and you will need to collect it. If you would like them to re-deliver a third time there is a charge of £4.25 for them to do so.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process Standard delivery orders within 2-4 working days. If you require next day delivery you must place your order by 3.00pm provided all the items you have ordered are in stock we will despatch it the same day. If any of your items are not in stock we will despatch your order as soon as we have them back in stock, if this is likely to be more than a few days we will contact you to let you know. You may enter the date that your order is required by, so if an item is out of stock we are aware of the date you need it by. Please note that if you are selecting standard delivery your order will take approx 5 working days to be despatched, if you require it sooner you MUST select the next day option as we are unable to guarantee a delivery date with the standard service.
Missing Goods
Whilst every care is taken when packing your items to ensure the correct items are received, please do check your parcel when the goods are delivered. We will only able to help customers with item shortages or incorrect items if we are notified within 2 working days of signiture/receipt of the delivery. Please note we do reserve the right to substitute items if the item you have ordered is not in stock and we are unable to reach the customer to advise them of the substitution.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
17.5% VAT is included in the price.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We want to ensure that you receive the highest level of customer service possible, if you are not happy for any reason please contact us on 01304 813337 or email us on complaints@balloons.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. With regard to damaged, faulty or incorrect goods being received you must advise us and/or return to us within 15 days the item in question.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:
