Shipping And Handling There is a flat rate shipping charge of £4.49 for delivery, regardless of how many items you order. Deliveries are usually made within approx 4-5 working days. A lot of our bags are hand made by us to order so occasionally the bags you have ordered may be out of stock, in this instance we shall contact you and advise you as to when they would be available for despatch. We also have a next day service which is £8.00, provided the item is in stock and the order is placed before 3 pm you will receive your order the next day between 9am and 5.30pm.. Prices for shipping are for mainland U.K. only.

We use both Royal Mail and City Link courier service to deliver our parcels. If delivery is made by Royal Mail and no-one is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s), a card will be left informing the recipient that an attempt has been made. This card gives a phone number and clear instructions on how to get the parcel re-delivered or where the parcel can be picked up from. If delivery is by City Link, two attempts will be made to deliver the item. Should you require a third attempt at delivery, there will be a charge for this service.
