|Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.

|2. In very exceptional circumstances the product may vary slightly from that shown. Where we make substitutions it will be with a product of equal or greater value.|
|3. By placing an order and ticking the acceptance box during the order process, the customer accepts the terms and conditions and authorises payment to be taken for the order.|
|4. Payment will be debited from the customer credit / debit card as the order is processed. For your security and peace of mind, ‘balloons’ uses the 'SAGE PAY' secure payments system. This means that your credit card details are stored safely at SAGE PAY.|
|5. Your order will be confirmed by e-mails from us. If no email confirmation is received then the order may not have been processed correctly. We encourage you to contact us in this event to ensure the correct delivery of your order.|
|6. Delivery is available 6 days per week Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. Next day orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next working day, usually Monday, and delivered on Tuesday.|
|7. Next working day delivery is available provided the order is accepted by 4.30. Saturday delivery will only be made providing you selected Saturday shipping option. Next day delivery for Monday must be placed on Friday by 4.30pm.|
|8. Delivery will be by Royal Mail or courier. Please note that any items ordered on our next day services that are being delivered to a residential address may go by our courier Yodel who may deliver anytime up until 9 pm.|
|9. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and accurate address and ‘balloons’ accepts no liability for non delivery if the details are incorrect.11.|
|10. Failed deliveries: If the courier is unable to make a delivery a card will be posted advising the action needed i.e. please call to arrange a delivery time OR please collect.|
|11. Non-delivery: in the unlikely event that delivery is not attempted on the requested date a full refund of the delivery charge for guaranteed delivery will be given unless such failure is caused by act of terrorism or war, extreme adverse weather conditions, due to local holiday, industrial action of postal workers or restricted access to the address caused by accident or other disaster.|
|12. The postcodes detailed below take 2 days to deliver and come at an additional charge. FK17-22, G83, HS1-9, IV1-28, 33-39, 40-51 and 55-56, KA27, KA28, KW1-3, 5-14 and 15-17, PA20-48 and 60-78, PH18-26 and 30-44, ZE1-3. Addresses that are not situated on the mainland, remote areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also come with an additional charge and may take longer to arrive.|
|13. No change can be made to the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.|
|14. Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date.|
|15. No refund will be given for orders cancelled within 48 hours of the intended delivery date. We will make every effort to stop such a delivery taking place, but offer no guarantee.|
|16. If you wish to cancel an order call us as soon as possible.|
|17. All products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality.|
|18. Balloons are a perishable and personalised product and therefore cannot be returned under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (2000).|
|19. If a product that is delivered is either faulty or incorrect please contact us.|
|20. ‘balloons’ will investigate the complaint within 1 working day and, wherever possible will try to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.|
|21. International deliveries are priced for parcels up to 10kg. If your parcel is over this weight we may contact you to take additional payment for the delivery of you order. We are unable to supply helium to addresses outside of mainland UK, if your country is not available in our shipping options please email us your shopping cart and we will contact you with a cost for delivery to you.|
|22. The rights to return the goods to us as referred will not apply in the following circumstances: -|
a. In the event that the product has been used.
b. To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
c. Any edible goods
|23. We reserve the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions from time to time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review our terms and conditions on our website.|
|24. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.|
|Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.|

Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from us please return it to us in it's original condition and we shall refund you for the cost of the goods (we regret postage costs cannot be refunded). Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Personalised items or items which have been made to order cannot be returned. A returns code must be issued before returns are sent back to allow us to process them.
NO REFUNDS can be offered for deliveries which are delayed beyond our immediate control. Should your product arrive in a damaged condition or be lost, we will either refund your full payment or dispatch another greeting or gift to the same value. All refunds are given at our discretion and each case will be looked at individually.
Please note that in the case of non-delivery, we must be notified within 14 working days of the latest expected delivery date. No refunds will be given if we have not been notified of the non-receipt of goods within 14 days.
